The quilting ladies at WCBC have been hard at work! We have completed many prayer quilts for community members with needs.... illness, births, travels, job changes, encouragement...Each of these quilts is uniquely designed, carefully assembled, and most importantly prayed over. As the ties are tied, prayers go up for the needs of the recipient.

I just received a beautiful prayer quilt on the mail from your mom, I think. Please pass on my thanks to her and your home church. It was a lovely gift for my heart.

200th Quilt! June 2014
Holly M June 2014
Holly: "I'm so blessed! After a challenging couple days with a defiant 2-year-old (not naming any names), I was looking forward to going to quilting tonight because we were having a party to celebrate our 200th quilt. Then my quilting ladies surprised me by giving the quilt to ME! What an honor to be blessed in that way and prayed for by my dear friends. I told them I wasn't sick, but they said that having a baby in a car (hence the racecar) was deserving of a quilt."
