Good morning ladies. The sun is shinning and the wind quit blowing and my yard has been cleaned out again.We had a good night last night. We missed those that could not come. There were fewer of us so I had to make the ladies work overtime…..but it was worth it because after our prayer time we enjoyed Barb’s good apple crisp….which I also enjoyed this morning for breakfast. Thanks Barb.We prayed for four quilts….
548. for 10 day old Axle Hofman, Mary’s grandson, who is in a Sioux Falls hospital…very sick….
549. 11 year old Jaylyn, a friend of a friend…Jaylyn has ovarian cancer and now is being treated for Missouri Valley Fungus infection….she is a very sick little girl
550. Kristina (Olfert) Neuharth, who graduated from Madison High with Abby Logan Brown…Kristina (39) suffered a stroke…she was pregnant so they took their baby girl by CSection very early…..she has 2 other girls…..her husband is in ministry
551. Rod, Sandy McElhaton’s brother who is in the Madison Hospital now being treated for infection in his leg….he has many medical problems….pray that he may know that there are people who care about him.

Choosing joy is acknowledging that while we don’t understand what’s going on, God does. Choosing joy is remembering that while life may seem to be spiraling out of control, it is never out of God’s control. Choosing joy is remaining mindful that while our circumstances may feel anything but ideal, God still has our good and His glory in mind. It’s not about me. It’s about what He can do with my life.
