 What a wonderful busy night we had……..I praise God for each one of you.

We gave number 1000 quilt to Shan Reed.  We gave her number 1 back in 2008 when we started this ministry……..never dreamed of getting to 1000!

  God has blest our ministry with each one of you and donations to keep our ministry going.  We have used around 5000 yards of fabric and around 1750 yards of batting…..and plus that we have thread, rotary cutter blades, thread for ties, labels, and much postage.  I did a round figure on cost and came up with around $40,000……..so we did well for a bunch of fun loving, giving, and full of joy ladies.  May God continue to bless our ministry……may we be humble.  It has been a God thing.  He has been with us every step of the way.

As we began our next thousand quilts we gave 

1001. to Devonte Garcia who had leg surgery……

1002. for Sandy Cole who is dealing with leg cancer….

1003. for Troy who has struggled the last 5 years after losing his wife and needing to lose much weight to have hip surgery. 

Our next big step is giving to Valiant Living.  We need 120 quilts for them.  It sounds like a big jump but we already have 20 ready and marked so we are on our way.

 Good morning ladies.  It feels like fall.

We had a great night last night.  We always miss those that can’t join us.  It was a great to have Deanna and Ella Wolfe join us for the evening.

996.  We did quilts and prayed for the Wolfe family….

997.  for Scott who had a farm accident….

998.  for Paul and Linda as they grieve the loss of Paul’s Mother….

999.  for April who had a fall and thanks for the beautiful piano playing.

We meet again Sept. 27^th.  We will be giving our 1000 quilt that night and also will do the first house for Valiant Living.

Remember we are to be God’s servants.

 Thank you dear ladies for another good night of quilting.  We got much done.

990.We have finished the 12 table runners for Shan to give at a women’s retreat in Japan.  They are all packaged up and ready to go.  

991.We prayed for Baby boy Flynn who had covid and now meningitis…..

992.for Ron who is making our quilting counter more quilting friendly also praying for him as he processes his grief at this time.

Several of the quilts are ready to give to Valiant Living…..we just have to wait for the OK.

Next quilting night is August 23^rd…….

 Good morning dear friends on a beautiful summer morning…..take time to smell the roses.

We had another good night.  We did quilts and prayed for 

986.Jan, a resident of the Bethel apartments….Jan has been in the hospital and dealing with medical problems for a couple of weeks….

987. Holly’s friend, Amanda, who is a 4^th grade teacher in a public school in MN…pray for Amanda as she deals with many issues in the public school…..Amanda joined us last night…….

988. Henn, Nancy and baby boy Clive……Clive was born premature and is still in the hospital……Henn and Nancy are new in our area from New York……..

989.Dave, Heather, and Lydia…..as they deal with some very trying issues…….

Keep all of these individual’s in your prayers.

Our next big project will be Valient Living……this is big so we are going to take it house by house…we have enough quilts ready to do the first house next month.  This will bring us to over 1000 quilts….got any ideas…we need to celebrate.  God continues to bless us with fabric and funds so we just keep going quilt by quilt.

Our next night will be Aug. 9^th.  There will be much to do that night so hope to have many hands.

Good morning ladies.  It is a beautiful morning in South Dakota.

Last night was another good night.  Thank you ladies for your faithfulness.  We prayed for

984. Evan…a friend of Marci and Nate’s who has been working at Valiant Living but now going to nurses training

985.Thomas B…. a young man who was badly injured in a swimming accident.

Pray for these young men…for Evan as he begins an intense year of learning and studying and for Thomas that his body may heal.

Our next work night is July 26^th……put it on you calendar.

We miss those who did not join us…….may God continue to richly bless you each day.

 Good morning on a breezy summer day.  Next week is July 4^th….the middle of summer almost.  Enjoy each moment that you have.
