Sunday our Life Group hosted the DSU student’s Life Group for supper. We gave quilts to 9 graduating Seniors including 6 who attended and 3 who were unable to attend.

Good morning on a cloudy spring day……..maybe God will send us a nice shower.
We had a good night again last night. Thank you to all who pitched in and helped…it was great.
Four high school seniors showed up to pick out quilts….

If we have missed someone let one of us know. The Quilts were tied and the seniors prayed for. We completed our evening with treats provided by Marian and Deanna. Thank you ladies.
Continue to pray for one another….Marie’s husband, Charlie, has been in the hospital…..Mary gets home from Hawaii today…..Ann is on her wonderful trip.
The college graduates will get their quilts this next Sunday night.
Our next work night is May 13th. We have an extra week with 5 Tues. in April.

There were only six of us last night but we got lots done.
We gave and prayed for quilts for
1454.Bob (Rapid City) dealing with prostate cancer.
1455.Jeff who has leukemia….
1457.Lauren dealing with cancer …
1458.Sharon (Virginia) who has aggressive breast cancer….
1459.Sara (Brookings) dealing with many medical problems
1460.Patty & Bill (Idaho)…both dealing with cancer.
So much pain and sadness. Don’t forget our goal of praying for them and for each other.
Pray for Mary and Ann as they travel….give them safety.
Our next work night is April 22nd. We will be giving quilts to our high school seniors that night so we need help. Would a couple of you like to bring cookies or bars so we have a treat????
On Sun. night April 27th we will be giving quilts to the college seniors before we serve them their meal.
As we draw near to Easter may we remember the true meaning…..it is not about the bunnies and easter eggs….it is all about Jesus who died to save us from our sins on Good Friday and hallelujah he rose again on Easter.
